My life as a model, part 2

So, on Thursday I was running a little late to class (all thanks to arresteddevelopment.msn.com - check it out for yourself, it's wonderful). So I decided to hop on my bike and get there quickly. I weaved my way through people and almost made it to my classroom, until I had a blond lady standing in front of me yelling, "Bike boy - STOP!"

This made me a little scared, because the University of Dayton is not very biker friendly at all, and many times I have wondered if I will get in trouble for biking in the main part of campus, because it certainly isn't set up for a massive amount of bikers of anything like Davis is. And people sometimes don't know how to react when they see a biker here - they get really scared or something. Anyways, I digress...

So, this lady stopped me and I thought I was in trouble. She said, "Take your bike over there" and pointed to where a group of students were with the president of our university, Dr. Curran. I looked at her and asked, "Am I in trouble?" and she just laughed and said no, but that she wanted me and my bike to be in a photo shoot with the president!

So I took my bike over and got in this group shot and pretended to laugh at what the president was saying and looked when he was pointing in the distance. And of course in the meanwhile I introduced myself and told him about my modeling experience at my undergraduate institution. He seemed to enjoy it! Overall, I was about 15 minutes late to class, but can you really be mad at a kid who's late to class after being in a photo shoot?? I thought not...
