Road trip!

So, made it to St Albans yesterday, then for some reason decided to extend the madness as far as Hemel Hempstead! Still, 25ish miles in three and a half hours isn't bad, especially including the odd refreshment stop here and there. Curiously, when I awoke this morning, I didn't have any pain or stiffness (insert joke here). Must be fitter than I thought (again, insert joke).

However, even though I had a pleasant afternoon, I can't see me repeating it again too soon!
