Update on Dad
I'm back in Seattle. My dad is out of the hospital. It will be a long road to full recovery. Spinal fractures, deep bruises and other fractures, arterial collapse, heart attack, and 5 strokes. I'm so glad he's still around. He's definitely not allowed to do this again. I'm putting my foot down.
I'm really glad I went back. I got to spend time with the sister and brother I haven't seen in over 3 years, and the nephew I only met when he was a baby. It was good to see my parents and younger brother and reconnect with some friends I haven't seen in nigh on forever. I'm hoping I get another chance, hopefully under happier circumstances next time.
