Most Esteemed Customer,

I am aware that life has the bad habit of thwarting our best planned plans, but since you were able to pick up the phone and dial our number to book two rooms in the busiest busy week of the year, I expect you to be similarly able to pick up the phone and dial our number to cancel your booking. Because in the meantime? I've had to reject more than four people, two of them the very day you should have come.
