Spring Break 2005
My Spring break was quite eventful, and very exhausting. Me and Austin went to Austin, Tx and hung out with his brothers. We had a really good time just chillin' and takin it slow. We also ate at a few really good places, like Hut's. Hut's Hamburgers is a place were Stevie Ray Vaughn always ate. I had a Buffalo burger. It was easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. If anyone has never had buffalo, I suggest you try it. oh so tender and lean...
So anyway, we left tuesday afternoon, I packed a little more, and flew out wednesday morning for Cancun. Except all the rap and the mexicans, Cancun was pretty fun. The best parts are as follows:
-All night clubs were open bar, go in and drink til you drop.
-We saw a Ludacris concert
-Cuban cigars
-Scuba Diving
-Girls, Girls, Girls
-Girls Gone Wild
-Corona
-The open markets
The bad parts of the trip are as follows:
-It was Mexico
-Everyone wants your money, and will try ANYTHING to get it.
-The policia are corrupt against whities.
-you have to always keep your gard up against food, sanitary conditions everywhere, not ingesting ANY water except bottled, and even then be careful.
Anyway it was a great experience although I have no plans on revisiting Mexico. Being foreign was a good learning environment for me. I guess all minorities are hated in every part of the world.
P.S. Promise me you'll never go bungee jumping in Mexico; They just don't have the regulations.
