Uh, just two disclaimers up front since I don't think I've talked much about True Blood before:
1) I know this is like fandom blasphemy or whatever, but I don't like Eric. Maybe this will change at some point, but yeah, nope, sorry.
2) I haven't read the books and this is one of the few shows where I actually make kind of an effort to remain unspoiled, so please don't tell me things from the books? I know a few broad things about the general direction they take, but that's about it and would like to keep it that way. Thanks!

I love Pam. I have loved Pam since she first appeared, and I think I love her more and more every time she turns up.
I kind of want Pam/The Queen, it would be hot and fabulous.
The DECORATING and the PINK and the I AM NOT A HOOKER, THAT WAS A VERY VERY LONG TIME AGO. I generally disapprove of people messing with Lafayette because I love him so, but I will forgive it when it's PAM and she's FANTASTIC. I see she's on the regular opening credits now, which gives me hope that she'll be around a lot more this year.

Lafayette! Lafayette continues to be great, I hope nothing bad happens to him because I adore him. And Tara would be so, so screwed without him, especially since Sookie's all wrapped up in vampire drama and not really around.

Jessica! &hearts &hearts &hearts I love her. She was annoying when she first appeared but so utterly grew on me and now I adore her. I am worried about her dead trucker and I really want her to patch things up with Hoyt because they were so adorable last year that I couldn't cope and I want more of that. And she's hot. And her panic and flailing and freaking out over new vampire things is so much fun.
I also kind of want Pam/Jessica, nevermind that Pam would never go for it. Maybe if Jessica promised not to talk?

Terry also continues to be great; poor man is so awkward and damaged but I love him, I really do, and I hope Arlene doesn't break his heart. I also kind of love Arlene in that train-wreck, you-are-so-ridiculous-I-can't-even sort of way.

I see the Jason & Andy comedy hour proceeds apace, and I approve. CONSCIENCE OFF, DICK ON. Words to live by.

I'm worried for Tara; that girl really does not need to get any more fucked up, but it looks like she will, which makes me sad. Her mother can just die in a fire already with her creepy preacher boyfriend, ugh.

Don't really have much to say about Bill or Sookie; I cared about them a lot in the first series but since then my primary interest seems to have shifted to Pam and Lafayette and Jessica, so whatever. I have no objections to them, I'm glad Bill didn't actually kill the random old lady, I approve of Sookie thinking Eric is full of shit.

Oh! That bit with Bill and Sam though! I guess most people were spoiled for this but I totally wasn't and spent pretty much the entire scene shouting WHAT at my computer screen. Not complaining, mind, just so incredibly confused. :D

Eric ... I'm not sure if he was actually even more of a dick than last year or if I'd just forgotten exactly how much he annoys me, but, yeah, still not a fan. I am ok with him being around if it means I get more PAM, but this Eric/Sookie stuff just kind of makes me squirm and not in the fun way, and I am bitter over him monopolizing the random Russian-speaking dancer from Estonia because I wanted her and Pam to make out.

Have I mentioned that I like Pam? A little? PAM. :D
