I am "working" right now, but since my boss went to St. Louis for two days I'm doing it in the library. I'm supposed to be sending an email announcing a dinner, but of the names on the invitation list, one doesn't bring up anything on TruView and the other brings up two entries, neither of which has enough info to disambiguate. The lady who can help me not responding to my emails.
It is very discouraging to argue with someone you respect a great deal. Especially when you can't tell how offended you're supposed to be.
