ARGH, your finger! I can't even read that without flinching. Definitely don't pop the blister! *runs away*

Well, I mean, if it really gets to be a problem, I might ask the Health Center to pop it for me--but right now my biggest difficulty is keeping this bad boy dry in the shower, so I can live. It doesn't even hurt to lay on my side anymore.

The secret dual purpose of the armor plating is so I don't have to keep looking at it. But don't tell anyone. ::shushes::

Well, I hope it doesn't turn out to be a problem -- it just sounds so horrible!

On a side note, thank goodness for Health Centers. I twice [accidentally] stabbed myself in the hand with linocutting tools and and once slammed my own finger in a door when I was in school, and went running off to the college Health Center each time! :P

Our Health Center is a little bit overloaded, though--there's always a long wait during open clinic hours and it's hard to get appointments. It also doesn't help that the governor is fucking with their funding. Stupid governor...

And a big YEOWCH to the linocutting tools! I got to play with those one in high school, and I can just imagine what stabbing yourself with one feels like! Did it at least leave an interesting scar to break the ice at parties?

Hah, that stinks. Ours was always completely empty -- the nurses were probably happy to see me and my assorted silly injuries! :P

Alas, no interesting scars; I always managed to get myself in a joint or in the webbing between thumb and forefinger where a scar won't show among all of the natural folds of skin.
