The question of AU prompts for non sci-fi/fantasy fandoms has arisen in consci_fan_mo.
I've said the prompts that were made yesterday can stay because, apparently, there's an established Space Pirate AU for the fandom in question, which definitely fits my criteria (and hey, I allow crossovers into non sci-fi fandoms) but I'm not going to make a big thing out of publicising that it's allowed.
As it's still a small comm I think we can all probably cope with a few non-canon requests like that, can't we?
Then, when this year is over I can have look, see how it went - I'm thinking that will call for a poll? - and maybe tighten up the rules for next year, if necessary.
Also, I need to do some housekeeping in there, like renaming all last years day tags so they read 2008: day xx, stuff like that *facepalms* Blast you all for enjoying it so much! *G*
