Update
Harry Potter book: looks amazing (haven't read it yet, need to catch up on Half-Blood Prince again).
New shirts: gorgeous (one purple, one red with small black polka dots, and one that clearly states "Harry is my Homeboy").
Car situation: nada. Probably not happening until after college. Stupid tuition.
Upcoming 21st birthday: nothing planned, no car, means probably nothing will happen. But hey, I put a floating holiday on it and another two a couple days after it. So I get paid for turning 21 and don't have to do anything. Yay for a paid day-off.
