Well here i am enjoying life (or trying to at least) and out of left feild i hear around the floor at work that they are thinking about reducing shifts and laying off worker....the jr. members that is...IE: my white ass. Well i cant say that is a surprise by any means considering how ofter i get fucked over in my jobs. I have no idea what i am

If I hear of any good jobs, I'll let you know.My work is hiring, but only for part time, and it's very physically demanding. If you do get layed off, maybe consider UPS...until something better comes along *chin up*

Well it is loooking like everything will hopefully turn out. I had a meeting yesterday with my Union reps and the union board and it seems that they are all looking into something called a work-share program. For those of you that are not familiar to the term it means that i will be loosing out on two days of work and UI will be paying the difference up to a certain $ value. So all in all if this works out i will have both loads of time off...and i will be looseing out on 100 bucks a pay.

But my working schedule will look a lil something like this
work 3 days...off 7 days
work 2 days...off 2 days

sounds like it will work for me..and also sounds like i get my weekends back for the three months this will hopefully but working for.

if not me and 40-50 other workers are given the finger and pushed out the door which will in turn cost the company thousands of dollars.
