At what point does customer service become a joke? It only took 1 1/2 hours on hold to get ahold of somebody at Microsoft, and that was after my first try and getting disconnected after 1 1/4 hours, calling back and getting a recording that just hung up on you, and sending an e-mail that got a "We will get back to you in a week or two" response. I am glad that the server that is down is just a dev server and not anythin production, because even after talking to them, I still hve to wait 24 to 48 hours for the information I need. Any type of SLA would be down the drain there. And how many potential days of business? WTF?

Is it bad when the Muzak on hold has a beat that subtly reminds one of a pulse and inspires the emotion of having your hands wrapped around somebody's neck feling I throbbing as you choke them?
