(no subject)
I've been busy, busy lately. I'm working full time now (indefinitely) and my free time has been squeezed down to an ounce a day.
September flew by thanks to the entertainment of friends, guests visiting from the U.K., a trip to New York with our delightful guests Verian, his wife, and son, a whale watching adventure with Andy's brother and sister-in-law, a mountain climbing adventure with our local friends (the beautiful and intrepid kristenlou), and some lazing around the apartment.
Today we're going into Boston to browse the shops and get a meal with an old friend of Andy's.
On a completely unrelated note: After hearing an advertisement in my car on the way to work I was struck with a morbid thought. I fear that thousands/millions of years from now if/when humanity has snuffed itself (not that I feel like we ought to - because I would rather we didn't) aliens are going to visit this planet, find a copy of Jack Ass II, and think to themselves, "Well, that must about sum it up for the human race".
