so basically everyone i knew from church since we moved to VA is getting married this summer:

...and there are others i'm forgetting. granted i'm not close to any of these people anymore. some i was never close to. but these are people my age! some of them are even younger than me!
and they all just got engaged. and are all getting married before school starts in august. and they all seem to think that's completely normal!!!
how can one POSSIBLY get a dress, a place for the reception(s), flowers, food, etc with ZERO time? it's gonna drive me insane and i'm not even the one getting married!!
i so don't want to before may '07. i do want to get married, but...19 is so young. and seems irresponsible. sorry to those who support such behavior.
