The Beginning...
The Building is one in the General Nexus, rather than Patchwork Earth alone. Currently, a closed sign hangs in the window, and signs that things have been moved around inside, and a recently aquired register are within.
The doors are locked, and a sign in the window states "Coming Soon: Macrow's Magics" A translation spell is placed on the sign, so it can be read in whomever's home langage. Smaller print on it: "Awaiting Permit approval for Spellbooks and weaponry, general Skyderian items and tech are permitted to be sold until that time."
