Several reasons:

1. I'm just that good of a friend.
2. Hannah won't, and I can't let Justin have all of the fun.
3. If I didn't you're head would keep swelling and then it might explode.

Since they made me a Prefect. It's kind of like a King. But I guess it's more like a Prince, since Neville is Head Boy so I guess that would make him the King. Or would that make the Headmistress the Queen? This is too complicated.
