So some more

I never personally witnessed someone have a stroke before.

Tonight I went to see my uncle. He's been home since yesterday. He improved so much at the nursing home. I went there he was fine. Eating dinner. He started talking to me. Asking me about stuff. I asked him questions and he stopped responding. He had his eyes closed and his hands in his lap. Every 15 seconds or so he would yawn but he wouldn't look at me and wouldn't answer me. I called over the home attendant, Debbie. We decided to call 911. As we did his left side seemed to like collapse. His shoulder and arm dropped. Then he threw up all over himself and and started choking. At this point the ambulance was on its way and i guess his choking made him alert. He was able to open his eyes. He the was moving the left side again. He still had problems answering me but was able to finally say "I passed out".

Hes at the hospital now. He looked better as the paramedics took him to the er but I had to stick around to clean with Debbie and just get a change of clothes and such for him. When I got to the hospital he was pale, his mouth agape. His eyes were open and he was conscious but so weak he couldnt even keep his mouth open. He looks horrible. I was there for a few left my information but I had to go. He didn't want me there and the triage was chaos and i was always in the way.

There is never a break. I know Im tired but my poor uncle. He has been suffering for so long. All he wanted to do was go home and within 24 hours of being home he's back in the er. He cant be allowed to experience joy anymore. I feel so bad.

I just hope he gets better. We will have more info tomorrow.
