Senior Year: update
So, I am a senior and I know I should be embracing my last year at UMass, but I am so lazy and I don't want to take classes right now. But, I really do like my classes. I am taking History of Modern Middle East, History of the Caribbean, Magazine Writing, and History of American Journalism.
I am actually going to finish my honors requirements. I am doing the research for my honors thesis this semester.
I have an interview for an internship for the Daily Hampshire Gazette tomorrow. I am nervous, but I have my clips together and my resume done, so everyone cross your fingers because I really want to get it. I am applying to do work/intern there for the month of January, and less hours during the spring semester.
I have an awesome roommate, who I adore, and love gossiping with.
I really do have a lot of great things going on in my life right now; I feel like I am doing a lot of things for my future so I can really be newspaper reporter. So, I am happy, I do miss living with Graham, but he is where he needs to be and I am where I need to be. And I love him and he loves me, so that's all that matters. <3
I also have been regressing back to my first semesters at college, playing a little beer pong, which always makes for a good night.
