Spoilers if you haven't seen the S6 finale yet.
I wanted to believe you *weren't* going to spend the whole season leading up to the wedding and then do this. I'm glad the wacky "Beckett's been married before" hijinks weren't the reason they didn't get married, but GAHH. Also, the acting from everyone was terrific. No complaints there.
But yeah, I read the post-finale interview with Marlowe where he says he's glad fans are passionate about it and he hopes they'll keep trusting the writers. And yeah, they have built up enough trust for me that I'll absolutely watch the S7 premier. That's true. But they're going to have to make things right pretty darn quick. Because I've stopped watching shows that I used to love for this kind of nonsense - looking at you, Bones.
So you better exceed my expectations when you come back, show, instead of living down to them like you did tonight.
