Costuming
Hey look he's posting for the first time in ages... And yes it's gonnna be one of those long musing posts that isn't really fb style...
Recently i have been talking with someone a lot. SHe's coming donw to stay with me for animania next week. And we've been talking a lot about costuming/cosplay. About the one she's making for next wekend, about wcs and a lot just in general. Alos been cleaning up house for visitors to be staying next week.
And it just occured to me, I used to have shit loads of fun costuming, why did i stop. In the last 18months, I can think of only one costumes I've done... I sed to do multiple costumes for each con, occasionally multiple ones per day?! I mean yeah, The last two years i've been concentrating on putting on stuff at cons rahter than costuming, but i starting to remmeber how much fun i used to have and realising how much i miss it...
I think my goal for the rest of this year and next is to have new costumes for manifest, avcon, supanova's. Smash i think wont be appropriate for me to do a costume there if i doing what i think i will be doing there next year...
