Went to the gym last night, then got home to find Mum had sent Wifey home with some M&S Cheesecake, which I promptly devoured, thereby cancelling out the previous 1.5 hours efforts in 3 minutes. Yes, I could have said 'no' to it ... but it's cheesecake ...
