It came from the deep!
Extreme measures needed to combat the cold on the bike this week, and that means double-layered head wear under the helmet! While it does a reasonable job of blocking out the cold, (even if it does make me look like a prat) it also creates problems when I have my glasses on, because the simple act of breathing with my nose and mouth covered causes them to fog up, which restricts my vision somewhat. And when you are attempting to filter past a bloody great articulated lorry on a wet and icy road, not being able to see isn’t particularly what you want.
