Hot, sweaty and disappointed
No, not how I usually feel after a Saturday night, but rather a reference to yesterday evening.
Hayfever level: SEVERE
My prevailing mood this morning is one of disappointment. Mainly because the aircon unit we bought provides no better a cooling effect than a £5.99 desk fan from Woolworths. I might be leaping to conclusions, maybe we need to put in more water and ice for it to work properly; but we put in 3 litres of water and a tray full of ice and I would've thought, really, that it should have been enough to at least have some effect. I know that an £89 air-con unit won't compare to a £250 one, but still ...
Also Angel finished last night, great way to finish the show and while I'm pleased it went out on a high note, having read this morning what Joss was planning on doing with Season 6 ... well, it just sounded like it would've been a great thing to see. Shame.
