Midnite lites
Good vibes all around. I've been getting all geared up for bix fest...well i guess i have been for a year now. I have a rehearsal tomorrow with Josh Duffee and His Orchestra. In the morning Josh and I are going to go over the 4 songs that I'm doing with his orchestra so that i'll have them down by rehearsal. 'Ring Dem Bells' is a hard chart. That might cause problems. Regardless, i love reading those charts down. Its quite a rewarding experience.
A few people have been making my nights very lovely. I have to thank Megan and Fran for that as well as the usual kids. Good, long conversations make this guy happy.
I guess I'd like to share next week with someone close. It'd be nice...maybe next year. Next week tends to be a very magical week.
