Surprise! Your mother/a priest/an arch nemesis/the tax man/dinosaurs/your ex/a famous talk show host is at the door -- and at a most inopportune moment! Now what?!
Knocking at the main front door alerts Machi. She looks out her window to see that it is a priest. This is an unfortunate for Machi since she was planning her escape from captivity. The priest, as usual, will come into the mansion to bless the occupants due to certain spirits sharing bodies with certain people. It’s not that Machi is annoyed by the priest surprise visits; it is more the fact that he generalizes all spirits as bad. It is very difficult to control emotions when someone is yelling for the spirit inside of people to leave and splashes the person with holy water.
Machi normally humors the priest by acting submissive and going along with his antics. However, she is not in the mood today. This is why the priest and her father receives a not so pleasant surprise to see an empty room in which should be standing a certain long-haired brunette. Machi is in a state of utter amusement that her father keeps forgetting that the air vents are big enough for a certain 5’2 girl to climb through.
