Who sleeps in bed next to you?
Depends on the night/where I'm staying. If I'm at home, it could be either my cat (who haunts my bed on occasion). If I'm at my boyfriend's...well, obviously it's the couch. ^_~ j/k.
What did you last eat?
Pumpkin pie.
Would you rather be famous for your singing, dancing, acting or athletic talent?
With as often as I serenade the computer monitor, one would assume it to be singing. Alas, it would be ten times more fun to play fantasy with a bunch of like-minded dorks. So acting it is!
What are you reading right now?
My computer monitor? In terms of books it has been What Dreams May Come, Star Trek (the XI movie adaptation), and the Watchmen comic, in that order. Nothing other than fanfics currently.
If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?
Florida sounds nice, maybe Japan. I don't know, where I'm currently sitting isn't too bad either.
What's really creepy?
Rotten potatoes. Seriously. I can deal with a lot of bad smells, sights, etc but seeing a bad potato always gives me a shiver. Bleh.
Name one odd item within five feet of you.
Here are several: a 6" by 4" post it note pad, a cup full of pens, headphones, a small stack of books, a glass of water, fingerless gloves. Though I don't particularly consider those odd. Okay, how about the cat sock puppet a friend gave me for my birthday?
What's your current fandom / obsession / addiction?
STXI, NCIS (that I don't plan on writing for), an upcoming BESM campaign, my current writing project.
What did you really want to do today that you didn't?
Sleep in.
What are you most excited for?
I haven't felt extremely giddy about anything since the last time I rode the Millennium Force at Cedar Point. The cider was a bit of a let down yesterday (but I get the feeling it's not quite matured all the way yet), Thanksgiving dinner was relatively all right, and catching the tail-end of Christmas songs since before Halloween has really had me wanting to throttle the retail industry.

There's a short list to keep my ADD entertained. Facebook, LJ, the icanhascheezburger collection of blogs, gmail, work email...
What is one thing you wouldn't do for a million dollars?
Play Russian roulette.

What's your biggest procrastination method?
Reading fandom, reading my LJ friends page, replying to meme's...
Are there any bits of childhood that you miss?
The total lack of responsibility at times. Not having to get up in the morning for work would be nice on occasion...but after a while I really wouldn't know what to do with myself. Definitely don't miss the lack of personal freedom.
Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter?
Autumn is nice because of the colors; but I'll have so stick with summer. There's something about it that's always been magical/peaceful. Partially because of a poplar tree in my parent's back yard. It would produce these seedlings that floated on the air in the day time, like faeries. Then there were fireflies in the evening that accompanied bullfrog song. Oh, and the stars. The lakes here produce a near-constant cloud cover that extends from autumn through mid-spring completely blocking out the stars save for the coldest of winter nights. And while the stars are beautiful, I'd much rather wait for the summer to enjoy them.
