Thoughts on population growth
Problem:
Population growth worldwide. At some point, population growth on earth has to be curtailed or we face a whole shitload of problems from environmental loss to war and famine (Worse than what we see now)
Observations:
-Available Birth control is an inverse stimulus to birth rate.
-Education and Sex education are inverse stimuli to birth rate.
-Alternative sexual practice (homosexuality, abstinence, masturbation, mutual masturbation, oral sex etc.) are inverse stimuli to birth rate.
Solutions:
-Easily available birth control. Especially pre fertilization. (Why not take the ethical high road?)
-Extensive Education programs in the following areas: Health, Finances, math, reading, science, and sex education.
-Programs to reduce the stigma of non-reproductive sex and sex practices.
Maybe if we could catch a breath we could catch up to the problems. Thoughts?
