(no subject)
Hoo, I haven't updated here in dang near forever.
Well, lets see, back in March, my ex, dad to my two boys, passed away due to complications from a heart attack. And this happened on the day before Kaylee's 2nd birthday. Mr Mac and I were on our way to San Antonio for her birthday when we got the news. So instead of partying like a two-year-old, we helped Ken and Angela pack up to go to Arkansas, where they, along with older son Chris spent nearly a week going through funeral arrangements and paperwork.
On the way back home, they stopped in to see my ex's dad, who was to physically ill to go to the services and introduced him to his great-granddaughter. Then Mr Mac and I met them at my mom's where we got a 4 generation photo. Which unfortunately LJ isn't letting me load. My current userpic is from that photo.
But good news is on the way. In December Kaylee is going to be a big sister. It's still too early to know if "Peanut" (what I'm calling the baby) is going to be a boy or girl, but as soon as we know I'll be blabbing about it here.
