holy flying bats---man!
Good grief today was long and stressful. I can't tell you how glad I was to get home. And I can't tell you how happy I was to be without a phone and computer in front of my face. ^^; Just...lots of stress at work.
But tomorrow is Halloween/Samhain. ^o^ Excitement! Boss came to my cubicle today to tell me he promises to meet with me tomorrow for my review, I get to wear "casual" (read: Halloweeny) clothes tomorrow, AND I get paid. Whoo! I have spent the last two hours trying to straighten my hair for my look tomorrow. I swear that when Kim does it, my hair is shiny and silky and smooth. When I do it, its poofy with wavy bits and frizzy. ~.~ *sigh* Oh well. I tried. I even bought a round brush and a cheapo hair dryer and tried straightening my hair that way first, then applying the flat iron. I got another one of those, btw, a wider one, that works better but still... I guess if I did this every day Id be better at it...
Anyway, I am now exhausted, and it is almost bedtime, so I'm going to head off to the comfort of my loverly pillow as soon as I've set out my clothes. I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween/Samhain Eve! =^-^=
