OUCH!

damn it! well, tuesday at the gym, i was working out my shoulders and heard a crunch, and now my trainer says my shoulder is enflamed, which is not good, and that is what i have been putting up with for about 2 years. for all that don't know, although i always complain, so i don't know how you can't know, my rotator cuff is loose in both my shoulders, and cause me tremendous pain. so now i can't work out my shoulders for two weeks in hope that the enflamation will go down. the whole purpose i was doing training is to get stronger, but now my left shoulder seems to be regressing, and it is really annoying....well, i hope that everyone else is well... and now i am done complaining for the hour.
