groggy
So we had a night like I haven't had in a while. We were up til almost 4 AM (another hour and a half or so and it would have been 24 hours-ugh) We took my sister in law out for her 30th birthday. We went to a country bar called Crazy Horse in Bridgeville. It was pretty cool. Definitely an interesting night. I have pics-I'll have to download them and post them. Met some of my brother-in-laws "friends", they were unique people-let me tell you. But we had a good time. We closed the place down then went for 'breakfast' afterwards. I had a lot of fun. Danced a little near the end of the night. I was DD so I didn't get to drink too much, but that's okay, it was still cool. We only get to see Pete's sister about once a year or so, so it was nice to be able to hang out with her and have a good time. I'm supposed to be going to Sarris' for the last time with her and the creww here in about an hour or so, so that should be lots of fun too. Pete's step mother is doing remarkable better-so that's a big relief.
Other than that, haven't done a whole lot. I have a pie in the oven right now-Strawberry-apple. It's a double crust pie-and pete bought me frozen pie crusts-so it was alittle tought to work with the crust-and I probably way overfilled it-I wanted to use all of the filling I made and didn't have the crusts for a second pie. It's pretty easy to make otherwise-I'll have to post the recipe. It's really goood pie.
The diet has not been going well at all this week. I need to get back on track (hey-the pie has fruit filling in it! ;) I'm planning on having marinated catfish for dinner tomorrow. A-1 makes seafood marinades now-so I'm gonna give it a try.

It wasn't bad. The ending was a little cheesy-but smut galore-if you like mindless smut. The plot had a good start-but definitely could have used some work (or else it was an excuse to have smut-I'm not sure)
Still haven't gone through the finished book pile to give you continuing reviews of what I've read....need to do that.
Haven't sewed the last couple of days either and I really need to get moving since the World Cup started yesterday-I watched parts of two of the games so far. They started at 9 am this morning-so needless to say I didn't see any of the first one. I got to watch a little bit of one yesterday cuz the girls of my department went to Buckheads-(they have AWESOME pizza) and pete watched a little of one of the games today-so I sat and watched (okay and read too) with him, With it being in Germany-its going to be hard to watch cuz of the time difference-any game through the week will be on when I'm at work (yes- I sound like I'm actually interested in 'football').
Anyways-I better go check my pie and start getting ready-I probably have about 45 minutes beofre I head out (ice cream for dinner-hmmmmm)
