A plea
I know, I know. I owe a really long post. A lot has been going on in my life, but I am actually posting today to plead for donations.
I am participating in Chartiers-Houston Relay for Life this year. In 2007, both my mother and my step-mother-in-law were diagnosed with breast cancer. My mom went the radiation route and Petey's step-mom went the chemo therapy route. 4 years later, they are both still cancer free and Survivors. I've been a big proponent of trying to make people aware of breast cancer, but I decided to take it one step further by participating in the relay for Life this year.
Please consider donating, even if it is only a few dollars. Every little bit helps and it goes to a worthy cause (and do I need to mention that a donation is also tax deductible?)
