A little behind

I guess I'm a little behind.  I'm in Chicago right now for work training with my boss and another co-worker.  Unlike my Boston trip, I'll get to see a little of the area this time.  In fact I already have.

Tomorrow night, we're talking about possibly going down to the pier.  So we'll see how it goes.  At least I'll get to have fun on this trip.  :)
But right now, I'm chilling in my hotel room and being dorky and posting to LJ ;)

Other stuff.  I went to the car cruise at the Waterfront with my dad and mom.  As was mentioned in
ti_rubble's journal, we had an unexpected girl's night out.  It was a lot of fun.  :)  So, my dad's "new" 79 Monte Carlo:



And then we met up with their friends who own a...196-something Corvette:

I met up with some other friends down there too, so it was a great night.

And I just wanted to share a pic of my roses (which may be dead when I get home from here :(
