One of my friends here at Mac has three ferrets, and they are making me really want to get a ferret of my own.  They are the cutest things I have ever seen.  However, I can't afford it right now, nor would I want to have a pet before I settle down a little bit more.  But still, when I do get a pet, it may have to be a ferret or three.  I used to be set on getting a cat, but I dunno...ferrets are pretty awesome.  They require a lot more work, but I think its worth it.

I saw the movie 'The Fountain' on Saturday.  Its by the same guy who did Pi and Requiem for a Dream.  It was really interesting (and strange), and I found it to be a good movie.  However, I could see how people will dislike it, and I can understand that.  Some of it is a little drawn out/obvious, despite how strange a film it is, and Hugh Jackman is not the best actor (although he did play the role well).  The characters were a little weak in my opinion, but the cinematic work really carried it through.  There are some truly beautiful and awe-inspiring scenes, and the soundtrack (composed by the same person as Requiem for a Dream) is amazing and very fitting.  I would recommend seeing it.  I think it was worth it to see it in the theatre.

Anyway, school is drawing to its end for this semester.  Still got a few essays/assignments.  My exam schedules pretty open this year, though.  I've got one on the 9th, and one on the 18th.  I'll be heading back to London probably on the 10th (maybe 11th) until the 17th.  Then back again for my break on the 19th.  If people are around, I would love to do some fun things.
