This guy composes entire songs using Mario Paint from the Super NES.
Above is his rendition of the 1st Dr Wily stage in Mega Man 2.

And here I thought I was cool when I did the first few opening bars of November Rain in this program, back in the day...

if you've never used Mario Paint, it was a game on the SNES that used a mouse peripheral. It was one of the few games that made use of the mouse (I think there was an SNES version of Populous that used it as well... maybe a hand full of others).

At any rate, Mario Paint featured a plethora of simplified painting and low end animation and music composition features, as well as a smattering of mini games. I'd get lost for hours in the game with my sister, the two of us taking turns doing stupid little animations and music. It was great fun.

The fact this guy is able to create what he does with it is extremely impressive.
