New Office Carpet and the Glue Smell From Hell
It's powerful, and overwhelming..and it's stuck in our office space!!
The past two weekends, we've had the carpeting redone on both halves of our buildings, which is great, because the stuff we had had poop stains on it (an unfortunate incident) and had no cushioning/padding at all...and it looked like crap too. So we got the new carpet, and the glue....whoaaaa the glue.
Normally, I like to spend time in the office, because it's air conditioned...but today, after I re-arranged my office and put it back together, I had to get out of there, or I was going to pass out from the fumes...it was safer out in the heat!!! We've tried our best to ventilate it with fans, and opening the doors, but it's been so muggy outside, that it doesn't do a whole lot of good. I left the office tonight slightly buzzed, with a decent headache that went away when I got some fresh air.
I'm thinking that this stuff should either be illegal, or the next big 'drug'
