More UPDATE!
Casper is at his normal vet. They are checking his liver out more, it was looking shady before. If its okay, its most likely a brain tumor. I think we will put him on the meds, cuz... we'd have to put him to sleep if not. I am assuming if its a tumor it could cause pain. But its not affecting his personality, or appitite... I just DO NOT want to put him to sleep while my mom is in Russia. She said if we had to she didnt want to know till she was home. I would put myself to sleep if that had to happen. (Well... not really, but I would just die). But they say its good he hasnt had another seisure :-)
