Probably decided to keep a note on my fight against the fat. Will consist only 2 lines, the rest under a cut.
August 1-August 7th (7 days)
Current status: 85kg (187.425lbs)
OMG! Is that why people put it in lbs to show how... much heavier? OMFG!
At a stand still. This is the first post.
Checklist: (indoor) (preferably in the mornings)
Sat. Ride bicycle 10mins
Sun. Ride bicycle 15mins
Mon. Ride bicycle 20mins
Tue. Ride bicycle 25mins
Wed. Ride bicycle 30mins
Thurs. Ride bicycle 30mins
Food: No idea here. Will keep to smaller portion on my plate. More veges, less carbo. More intake of water every hour. (they do say that to keep the mouth watered, there is less tendency to find titbits) Give away my stash of mars bars. *be brave*
Target for this week: Minus 2kg. Which should be too easy.... isn't it?
