Selling Etiquette/Pricing Question
Hello ladies! Long time lurker, and buyer here. I have several MAC items for sale, and I don't know what to price for these. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
Condition: brand new/swatched 1x max.
If there was an issue with the delivery of package, whether it was damaged or lost during shipping (i.e. envelope got soaked, opened by customs/post office, missing items), and the buyer raises this issue, what is the best course of action? Is it in the seller's responsibility to refund the buyer?
