Reassure me?
I can't help being paranoid, but I'd really love some feedback.
I've purchased many items from different users on here and all have had smooth transactions.
Just last month, in late June, I purchased a brush and e/s from user new_xero and they notified me that they shipped on July 1. Its July 12 now (where I'm at) and still no package :(
I tried contacting them for perhaps a shipment number or if they had some sort of notification on their end about the package bc I think its either lost or never made it here.
Have they held many sales here before, with all good feedback, etc.? I'm not shaming them or anything, 99% of the time its faulty mailing services. I just would like to at least have an idea if I'm ever going to receive my stuff or if its just money lost.
