so here we are, sitting on a back porch talking about life and how it fucked us over. how we've been standing in the shadows of a person who will never have enough drive to become something better than this. how we work twice as hard, suffer twice as much to just be in competition with this person. we become stronger and tougher, but its never enough. it'll never be enough. we'll always be in that shadow. because once we progress they'll do the next best thing and we'll be back at square one. but i want to break out, we need to get away from here. i'll go to new york, you go to california, and we'll show her. we'll show her we can be better than she thought we were. we'll show everyone that we actually worked for this and these moments. we'll be on top. us us us. it'll be us finally, not her. we won't stand in the shadows of anyone, and she'll stand in ours.
