I bet it's a boy cat. Sadly for my nieces and nephews we have higher-strung huntress lady cats with little patience.

Awww, that's lovely. When I was that little I had a cat called Tigger and there are pictures of us cuddling but I don't really remember him that clearly. He died when I was still young; he was never really especially healthy because his parents were strays.

We had a cat that I think was like that with me, but we never had indoor cats at all so a moment like this was certainly not going to happen.

I'm pretty sure only boy cats are quite this lazy and laid back though.

Ha, well, it must have known you were good sister! Unless you're the bad sister of course, in which case it was obviously trying to be your familiar.

My dad is a crazy animal person in general (or just a big sap), but we never ever had indoor cats, so no real opportunity for toddler+snuggly cat pictures. Instead we had pictures of our dog, one of the cats, and our rabbit all snuggling together.

Oh, gosh, she looks just like Snaps' daughter! Though I could more easily see her pissing their cats off. Haha ;)
