Well, the bad is new covid cases and an increase to my local alert level. How that affects day to day life where I am is that perspex screens have gone back up at the supermarket and you have to load your own groceries in the carpark; there are entry logs at the vet's offices (and other premises too, of course), with yellow distancing lines on the floor. I'd already made a household rubbish run to the tip today, and the garden rubbish is on its way bright and early tomorrow morning just in case I don't get another chance for a while. We will await developments.
On the good side, I made it up to visit Elaine. We sagely discussed why her covid emergency alert came through about an hour after mine on our respective phones, and watched tv and had a little wander around the shops. I've now seen all of The Expanse, and continue to enjoy it a lot. I also had a look at Staged, David Tennant and Michael Sheen's 'lockdown project', and was amused.
