Well, I went and bought a new cell phone today. I've been thinking about it for a bit now since I dislike how the Blackberry handles calls and all and finally came to the conclusion that I need a new one. Luckily with T-Mobile, you can upgrade your phone and don't have to wait for the contract to expire like we had to with Verizon Wireless. I was going to get one over the Internet but I'm glad I didn't. The phone I was looking at online I didn't like; and the phone I bought is one I didn't like online. Yeah. Interestingly enough. So I'm glad I stopped on my way home. Of course, the one I was looking at online was only 69.99 and the one I got wound up costing me 119.00 but I like this one so much better. And that's all that matters. So the phone I picked is the Nokia 6133 though I did look at the Nokia 5300 and the Samsung Stripe. I really liked the Samsung Stripe online but found in the store that I disliked how small the screen was. I kinda liked the Nokia 5300 in Lilac but I really don't need another MP3 player. Especially since I just got the new iPod. It's bad enough that I got this phone home and found out that it has an FM radio built into it. The guy at the store was trying to get me to upgrade to the new Blackberry - even if I didn't dislike my current Blackberry, the new one has a track ball - ugh; and then when I said no, that I had discontinued my Blackberry services because I had a PDA, he tried to get me to buy the 5300 which would have cost the same to upgrade to but I didn't want it. I like flip phones. I'm happy with my flip phone. I got my "Pain" ringtone; and I bought the Winnie the Pooh ringtone for when my mom calls and Butterfly Kisses ringtone for when my dad calls. Yes, I'm having fun. So, if I'm suppose to have your cell phone number, it might be wise to give it to me again seeing as I may have lost it. I'm going to screen comments on this post so if you're going to leave it, don't leave it in something that I may reply too.

I finished two of my four late papers yesterday and I'm hoping to finish another one tonight. Got 30 minutes to do so so we'll see how I do. Actually, I lied. I thought this one had more questions but apparently I was off and so I'm done it. Can I just say that while I understand the text book and what we're reading, I do not understand our case. It's tort law - the class that I failed back in June. I feel like crying because I'm spending so much time trying to figure this case out that I'm not spending enough time on the rest of my classwork. So once I get this paper in, I'm going to spend the next three weeks really devoted to my class work in both classes and see how my grades fair. I think that's gotta be what I've got to do. I can't sit here and worry about each and every project until it's perfect.

I love watching Star Trek on my iPod at work. I so want to write Picard/Crusher drabbles but I have to do my homework since it's already past due. So I'm thinking that tomorrow night before and after class is when I'll be doing some drabble writing. It's only fair really. I'm trying to figure out how Post It Notes will work in the future setting but we'll see. I'm sure I'll come up with something. After all, I did come up with a few funny West Wing drabbles.

I dyed my hair again so that it's lighter. It's still not as light as I want it but I can not dye it again for another 14 days. Instead of getting my shower tonight like I normally do, I'm going to get up early and get it in the morning so that it gets an extra few hours to set. Yes, I'm trying here. Ugh. Okay, I'm going to go finish this paper and listen to B101.1 on my Phone. LOL.
