Tired and a little sick but i've Voted!
So i'm supposed to see one last place tonight but i'm blowing it off. The people who I was gonna see sound awesome and totally cool but it's bloody cold and i'm tired and have started to get a bit of a cold. So going out at 8:30 to see a place that I probably won't take cause i'm 95% sure i'll be taking the other place (assuming the last flatmate is fine with me). So i'm gonna head back to the house and crash early (well as early as the rest of the house leaves the living room i'm crashing in).
Anyway tomorrow voting opens at the AHC in London. They decided to use the staff as guinea pigs and test out the processes today. So i've officially voted! I also lectured/guilted at least 2 other staff members into voting. Voting took place in one of the main reception areas... and yes it was actually the reception area they used to shoot Gringotts. So I voted at the counter of Gringotts bank! Okay so i'm still a little amused about the Harry Potter connection to my work. I will get over it soon I promise.
At the moment as well as cold and flu-ey i'm also feeling a little rundown. I've been trying to live as cheaply as possible which means i've had a tendency to skip meals over here, as well as live off sandwiches and occaisionally a can of coke. My plan for when I get a place is to start to do a bit of cooking but for now I feel bad trying to force my way into someone elses kitchen so i'm eating crap. Did go out for a Sunday Roast last night which seemed like a good idea but tasted kinda dodgy. Hopefully the next one I go to will be better.
Oh and in case anyone cared I started up another blog. It's pretty much gonna be the same stuff here except that it's for my family so any references to hot girls/anything they don't need to know about will be cut. After talking to a couple of people about an Amsterdam trip i'm pretty sure none of that will even be mentioned on there (or y'know the fact i'm going to Amsterdam at all).
