Well, today is my birthday~  I've made it one more year, so in honor of that, let's have some cake^^

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a snob when it comes to baking.  Usually, I like to do things from scratch.   But this cake?  This cake is an exception.  It is fabulous.  Not only that, it's also so easy to make.

So here you go!  This is a recipe for Raspberry Cake.

Raspberry Cake
1    Box white cake mix (or white chocolate)
2/3 Cup oil
1    3-oz package of raspberry jello
4   Eggs
12-oz frozen raspberries

Mix all of the above ingredients.  This batter will be thicker than most cake batters.  Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees (177 degrees centigrade?) for 45 minutes.

(A 13x9 pan will work as well, just cook for 30 minutes instead.  For some reason, the texture isn't quite the same, though.  Also, don't substitute fresh raspberries.  They don't blend as well, and the frozen ones really help add moisture to the cake.)

Frosting
8-oz cream cheese
3  Tablespoons butter
6  Cups Powdered Sugar
1  Teaspoon vanilla

Mix!  This makes a lot of frosting - enough  for two cakes.  I suppose you can try to cut it in half, make a second cake....or just eat it with a spoon XD

If you make it, I hope you enjoy it.  I'm off to the DMV now to renew my drivers license.  Wish me luck that the lines aren't horrendous!
