Day-to-Day: Sun-Wed

Jan 11, 2006 13:36

Sunday was a nil-day, due to recovering from Saturday night. Instead, I set about finding out the identities of people I had met the night before, which was not very easy for a couple of them.
I was meant to do washing up & clean the kitchen over the weekend. (Our kitchen is curently "slightly messy", which is a bout as bad as it gets.) I never got around to either. On Monday; I did the washing up but avoided cleaning by splitting my journal instead. On Tuesday; I avoided cleaning again, as Ewan invited me to the advance screening of "The Truth". I have not seen Ewan for several months, so that was good.
I did not sleep very well last night; my stomach disagreed with something I ate yesterday. As a result I am quite shattered; and after cleaning my kitchen tonight I doubt I will make it to the Tron (soz). It just hailed here, solidly, for half an hour or something. Quite bizarre!
I only have added two icons to this journal, so far. I think I will make new ones for the other four. Okay; now I really am rambling on about nothingness!! (Soz.)
UPDATE: My randomness was because I forgot what I had meant to write about. I spoke to Phil, for the first time since 1997. We were casual friends in my last year at school, and then at sixth-form college. I randomly looked up his name on our books a while ago, and had correctly guessed that he had become a med rep. He called into the office, so I said hi. Short and slightly weird conversation.
