Mac data recovery

I'm looking input from the techies out there.

I've got:
  • 1 Mac SE/30
  • 2 SCSI hard drives of questionable health but with possibly interesting data on them
  • A small stack of Mac floppies with data backups
  • a 45MB SyQuest drive cartridge with a hard drive backup on it, but no SyQuest drive to put it in

There's probably a fair amount of interesting old email hiding on these various disks, probably in easy-to-read formats like plain text files. I'd like to see if I can get any interesting data off. Any suggestions on how to go about this? I mean, even if I manage to boot the Mac, it doesn't come with an ethernet card, so I'd have to serially smush the data over to a PC? Or?

Now if I could find an ethernet card for the machine...
