slapity slap slap
So last night Tom and I are practicing our scene for acting class. It was actually going really well. We were really getting into it. Of course a couple of times we'd get the giggles and have to do it over and over til we could finally get through it without laughing...
But there was one part that no matter what we couldn't stop laughing...
I'm sure I've mentioned before that we have to slap each other. First he slaps me... then I slap him repeatedly. Well we'd get to the line "Unless of course you need the money..." And we'd both just start cracking up... cuz we knew the slaps were coming. We couldn't help it. So finally Tom was like "just keep going even if we laugh." So we get to that line again and we both kinda crack a smile but I keep going.
This is how it's supposed to go...
"Unless of course you need the money. What does he do... pay you by the month or does it depend on how much you put out?" SLAP
Well this is how it happened....
"Unless of course you need the money (BOTH SMILING... I press on) What does he do... pay you by the month or..." SLAP!!! I was so fucking shocked. He didn't wait for my last line! It was a good slap too. Then he like grabs me and is like "O MY GOD... I'm so sorry!!!" I was like "i'm fine" He said "you're eyes are watering!" lol. It was cuz I was laughing so hard. It was the funniest thing ever. He was like "i'm going to feel so bad after I hit you."
So I have a feeling when we do it in class... we're just gonna start cracking up...
