I took a stress/anxiety/depression test twice in the last month.

The first one I was on 50mg of Zoloft and I had just gotten Nexplanon (it has Progestin, so can affect moods so I figured I’d mention it). The second one was after less than a week taking L-Tyrosine every day and a couple days of 75mg of Zoloft. Sure, the Zoloft increase could have helped some, and probably did, but antidepressants generally don’t work that fast, and I’ve been on them (though they’ve been changed up) for 3 solid years without much change (other than it getting much much worse post partum, which isn’t unusual). Definitely surprised, but pleasantly surprised with the difference. It’s just an amino acid that helps your brain make dopamine and norepinephrine naturally vs blocking reabsorption like antidepressants do (so you can’t end up with too much... like when I was on Wellbutrin I ended up with symptoms of too much norepinephrine).

But yeah, I just wanted to post these somewhere but not on Facebook cause that’s weird. Lol.
